Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect mails from one mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you want to forward messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else.
